Like those below, I train full body too and it’s a killer. But I get the point of this vid.. To develop his kind of muscle mass, training fewer body parts each day is probably required. Personally, I train for MMA strength and fitness. For that, full body is the way to go. If you’re a bodybuilder, probably not. Think Jason Statham vs. Arnold. Two different objectives.
I train FB and its a killer. Doing squats, deads, seated press, bench x3. Then I do Wgrip pulls, standing curls, wrist curls, seated cable rows. I mostly superset with little rest. My heart rate hardly ever goes down, I sweat buckets..
This may not be the greatest for muscle growth, but its good for building all round muscle and burning fat when mixed with cardio.
I would rec the full body workout after breaks from workouts
