jenniferburgessfitness.com I am 22 weeks (5.5 months) pregnant with twins. Since I’m a pre- and post-natal certified personal trainer, a Beachbody coach, and the Fitness Coordinator for Furman University, people keep asking me if I’m working out and what my workouts are like. Here is a video to satisfy your curiosity! Keep in mind that I was already fit before becoming pregnant and had been working out regularly 5-6 days per week at a high intensity for about an hour each day. Now that I’m pregnant, I have toned that down to about 4-5 days a week for 30-45 minutes at a moderate intensity. This has been approved by my doctors and will be reevaluated at 28 weeks. But for now, I am good to go! DISCLAIMER This is NOT a recommendation of how you, or anyone you know, should workout while pregnant or otherwise. This is simply to show you what I am doing – under a doctor’s supervision. Now enjoy the funny antics of a pregnant lady doing Chalene Johnson’s program TurboFire (Fire 45 EZ)!

@brittlelittleheart Well, you’re quite a bit farther along than I am, so I understand the restrictions a little bit more. I’m sure at 31 weeks, I’ll be limited, too. But keep on keepin’ on!!!
Not much time left!
im 31+3 weeks.
@brittlelittleheart My docs all seem to think mine will be a c-section, too. Everything would have to be in “perfect alignment” for them to suggest otherwise. Oh well, rolling with the punches!
How far along are you?
my twins are fraternal. both growing at a good rate, but i have pains when i walk for a small amount of time. right now they are sitting transverse. so my doc says if they stay that way it’s going to be c-section
@brittlelittleheart I’m sorry to hear that! Are you having mono-mono twins?
man you are lucky, my doctor has me on restrictions …im not allowed to “work out” im not allowed to even walk more than 2 blocks at a time because of my pregnancy being high risk with twins
@nicholesieck What baby belly!? Hehehe. Thanks, girlie!
You inspire me girl! Way to go
PS I LOVE the baby belly!
aw congratess:)
@love2nurse Thanks! It’s nice to hear from someone who TOTALLY understands.
Girl, you are amazing! I bet you have tons of energy because of the workouts. They (the boys) will let you know when enough is enough. Good job!
@Ihaveaseriousproblem Yep! Two boys. Fraternal, not identical.
aw okay.
I understand now!
do you know what your
having?
@awaitingmyangel Thanks! Just trying to “walk the walk.”
@brycensmommy08 Thanks! Trying to keep it up as long as I can until the doctors (or the babies) tell me otherwise.
@Ihaveaseriousproblem Haha. The babies are alright. They do enough flips and jumps in the tummy already… when I’m sitting still! So they’re used to it.
wow, i was look andi see you kinda jump
i was like omg the babys..
its amazing you can do that:)
Nice Video:)
I’m not even pregnant, and I could not see myself moving like that! You go girl!
