Bodyweight Leg Workout #2 Resistance Band Combo






Workout on the www.FunctionalGymUnit.com Doing a High Intensity Bodyweight Leg Workout (Part 2) Combo with Resistance Bands is an exercise sequence which can be done as a mini-workout or combined with other leg and lower body exercises for a longer workout session. Using The Atlas Unit allows me to take advantage of the muscle stimulation synergy created by the cool combination of Form, Tempo and Sequence.

Very unique exercises. Training balance, strength, and flexibility. I’m going to try these after my run. I love exercises that involve balance because you are also working your core.
