Um… could someone tell me how many reps per day and if it should be done everyday or like Monday(yes), Tuesday(no), Wednesday(Yes)…and like that
… By the way at the start I kept falling lol I got no balance control at all XD

@pederasii you will burn a bit, but if you really want to burn it away, try jogging for 10-15min and than start on these exercises right after the jogging. i’m 15 years my self and i’ve just started to exercise, i can feel a difference week after week

i got little bit of fat around the waist and chest and legs do you think i will burn that fatness if i do the exercises . i am 17 years old – 175 centimeters – 65 kilograms
