@mg3852 no offence dude, but your 12, its probably not muscle, your physique is possibally slim, wait til you develop more (keep doing this until then) but then eat alot of protein shit and then do this on the regular
it works, the guys an abosolout beast, any exercise involving the ab muscles will eventually get you a 6 pack, this works the six pack muscles, therefore it works.

@Midrashe it depends how much you weigh and what body type you have….obviously if you’re 5’10 and weigh 240 pounds of fat, it probably won’t work lol….but if you’re 5’8 and only 150 pounds like me, it probably will

fitness trainer here…trust me, this stuff won’t work. the best way to get abs is by doing a full body workout. simplefitness.info has done a good job outlining a routine like that if u guys want some proven workout.
