Ha ha ha, this is crazy, man. It’s like, “Ok I’m bored, let’s workout! ” You basically use anything you can to workout, doors, stairs. That’s what I call WILL!

hey darrell, do you know of any good exercises for biceps, forearms, and tri’s? I feel them getting stronger, but im trying to increase the size. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
