I finally installed my rock climbing, hang board (aka finger board). As stated in the video, I am 270 lbs, 44.5 inch wist and I can do three almost four pull-ups. My goal by the end of 2011 is to complete 50 pull-ups in 4 sets. I estimate that my first set will need to be a solid 15 in oder for this to take place! Morgan is a bit relaxed and likes to have some fun, so don’t mind the “Fitness Dorks”.
