i dont get my legs so wide because they slip back all the time i can just do it right if there is someone to push aiganst my legs
well you have to strech alot before you do it took me weeks and i finally did one

oh wtfi cankick, but i just fall down..after
i can hold it there .. Without being able to go down and spleeet
yer i can kick high too, but i wana be able to hold it there (need great balance and flexibility) lol
i need help in flexibilty for mma. this is hard
. but i can do monkey wrench put my feet behind my head and go a little bit more below my toes aswell as do hard quad strectches. i thought this was the only thing needed.
guess this is what i have to do. how long should it take if i do some more strecthes then this to do a full split?

you don’t need to .. I do karate and i’m Great at kicking …(high) or whatever kind of kicks .. I’m not even close to getting down on a split
