i had to watch this twice…the first time i just stared because i was deeply attracted to….coward bear? and the second to actually do this exercise
and if you go over 100, its easier to not say one hundred but just count the first two decimal places, so if you count to 152, just count fifty-two
For all those who have trouble breathing, try to count in your head and keep your breath in sync with each number (this doesn’t work too well if you only go up to ten).Count one rep as having each of your legs come in, so when your right leg comes in, that would be thir- and once your left one goes in, finish it off with -teen. Breeth in on the first syllable and out on the second. if you get to higher numbers like 95, count ninety-five…
