This thing looks about as intense as pure cardio. Are these 30 second moves? And are there rest periods in between many of these exercises?
I’m looking at those suicide drills and pushups/runs fairly late in the video and thinking? this reminds me of Plyo Circuit or Pure Cardio. Yikes!

a real good? balanced work out should make ur legs look good. take a look at guys in their shorts, very few of them with good upper bodies have good legs, i mean their arms are twice as big as their legs, how can that even be considered a good body? those guys r simply brainless farts. and sometimes even funnier to see their girl friends have bigger legs than those guys, just sad!!!
good stuff dude, ur legs r lookin good, guess this work out is a truly good program, the leg alone proved it.
