www.wisewilliams.com So, I’m well into my 3rd week now as I completed the first two days which tend to be some of the toughest. In this video, I talk a bit about some of the challenges I’ve had to overcome during my first couple of weeks with the P90X home fitness program. From pulled butt, thigh and back muscles to general all over body pain from this new stress on my body, I have become good at adapting my exercise to enable me to complete the P90X program with intensity while managing what my body is telling me. My single biggest challenge is working on my flexibility which I discuss in the video. Please comment and let me know what you think.
