nice work!. im just 18yrs old, 280+ pounds or MORE. my own parents dnt know how much i weight i lied to them, i feel so s*****d after lying to them couple weeks back. i need and want p90x so bad, starting college in like 3 months, my big brother is willing to do the workouts with me for motivation. i just need to break the news to my parents how much i weight and what im about to go throw in order for them to support, because if its not them, who is? one Q:which 1 did you get classic or lean?

Hey Scooby, i feel you know a LOT about training so i guess this counts for food aswell?
Cause i’m doing p90x but don’t take any shakes or supplements and don’t eat a lot of meat, after my training i just drink milk, can i keep doing it like this or do i really NEED the shakes, i really hope you can answer this for me.

What you told freakthug16 was inspirational. I always see the before & after in the infomercials, but never the in-between. I have a good metabolism IF I use it. I mean, my probolem isnt really my body, its my laziness. I know it, I just cant do it alone. My body reacts very well to the lowest amount of a workout I usually even muster.

@phatso786 no dont quit push thru it as much as u can. just stretch as much as u can before u do ur abs, the yoga portion of the program should help u stay limber
nice transformation i just finish phase 1 and i went from 210lb to 195lb……

@phatso786 sometimes I’d get them in my legs…it was kinda strange but I just started stretching a little before ab ripper
did you get cramps from the ab ripper x? cuz when i do it i get cramps first 5 minutes and then quit.?
great results man, keep it up, this video is very motivating im about to start p90x here in a few days, just wondering did you take any supplements? i have protein and creatine now so i hope thats enough to start out with, im like at the same weight and stuff as you when you started, i hope to get good results like you to. thanks in advance.

@freakthug16 When I started I couldn’t do 1 pull up. I just kept trying, and over time I could do them. I still can’t keep up with them crazies but I’m proud to be able to do 15 compared to none.
I ate pretty high protein, and only drank water. no chips, fast food, beer, cookouts, birthday cakes, nothing. when I went grocery shopping I bought whole grain bread, tuna, turkey, mustard, oatmeal, fruit, and peanut butter. I ate alot of subway too, salads on cardio days, subs on strentgth days

I tried my first session yesterday and it was hard for me to do the pull ups !
And I could only do NORMAL 20 PUSH UPS! It was hard to do the variations?
What Can I do now?
Is it necessary that I should do all of em? or only how much ever I can do?
And can you explain your diet?
@jcyoungda hey just stick with it man! for a little info, when I started I laughed away the thought of doing a pullup, I can knock them out pretty good now. write down everything so you can watch how far youve come, I’d get so discouraged at not seeing results but when you look yourself in the mirror everyday its hard to see the changes. good luck!
