hey awsome results im on day 120 myself and im takeing a little break cuzz im on vacation im doing some weaight lifting in the hotels gym my results this far have bean great but i still am not satifiyed with my abs they are there and when i flex you can see the sixpack but its still not a ripped sixpack what changes do you think i will see in the next 60 days

@theonlyperfection My diet was perfect for the 6 months that I was doing p90x. I can see where trying to calculate everything is extremely hard when you aren’t the one preparing it. Just try and stay away from fried foods and things that I’m sure you are aware of that are junk. As long as you can eat healthy and get a good balance of protein and carbs and some good essential fats, you will be fine.
how closely did you stay to the nutrition guide? I really can’t at all seeing that im in a dorm room with no stove and just a microwave. plus i can’t afford all of that stuff. the dining hall has good selections of healthy stuff but obviously its not going to be whats on the guide..

@brandon11140 Like Daavisonfire said, your body needs at least 1100 calories, even a little more if you are working out hard. If not, your body goes into “survival mode” and will start storing everything as fat to protect your vital organs. This is counter-productive. Never take in 800 or fewer.
@brandon11140 You should be taking at LEAST 1100 calories a day, i would recommend 1600, With only 800 calories your gonna loose less weight because your body wont be doing the workouts hard enough and your metabolism goes vvvvvvv down. So overall you would be burning alot more fat if you eat more, spread it out to six small meals a day

Your transformation is off the chain:)Its good to see everyone can’t get results in 90days like t.v. How do you know how many calories to take in? at a plateau and I’m 46 taking in 1000 or less, scared to gain, i do take protein shakes, you would think I would loose a lot, sometimes I take in 800 calories or less, body is still the same–help!!
