How do u know all this about Vince? You know him personally? Why don’t find something to compliment him on and stop being negative. There is enough negativity in the world, must you add to it also?

Vince your stamina sucks. I would like to see you do fifteen Pull ups. No excuses. I dont know how you are getting that size. But lets see you do fifteen pull ups. All the other trainers you associate yourself with can do it or they look like they can do it (Craig, Arnel,) You look like a bloated body builder. do some body weight exercises so you look like some fit person.

Are you just doing flat bench? Try this workout.. Ten Eight Six, on flat bench, so three sets, do the same on incline, decline and then do 2 sets of 15 on flies.. if your not in pain the next day, up your weight… by five or ten pounds until you can’t even finish the flies at the end.

commenter

start working out, a lot of people claim that working out during or before puberty will stunt your growth but I have not seen any evidence of this

He never said he is a bodybuilder.
Fitness models have different goals than bodybuilders. Bodybuilders don’t win in fitness modeling competitions because they’re to big.
