Of course they take steroides. It is not normal to build such a body, not even in ten years after everyday trainings. They also may have a lot of muscles but they are not as strong as they look like. A weightlifter is maybe ”fat” be he has no problems with lifting some 400 kgs (half rinozeros or a bull). The normal and healthy weight for a bodybuilder is somewhere between 110 and 120 kg. @SteDeRaver really man? obviously his “pathetic form” was the exact right form for building huge arms. sometimes going heavy and having to cheat on a few reps is ok. people who worry too much about form just use that as an excuse why they can’t lift as much. heavy/forced reps builds massive arms. perfect form builds weak vaginas.
