Best Inner Chest Exercises www.BustYourPlateau.com In this particular video I will demonstrate how to perform some particular exercises that promote inner chest development. The inner chest is a hard muscle group to focus in on. However, if you pick the right inner chest exercises, you will start to see a dramatic improvement in very little time. One of the reasons why the inner chest is such a hard muscle group to develop is because people are not performing that proper exercise is to work that inner crevice of the chest. I’d do not recommend always perform and these specialization exercises but every so often if you can include these exercises in your workout it will go a long way and developing a fuller overall chest. Always start your chest workout with some compound movements such as a barbell bench press, dumbbell flat press and be sure to include a wide variety of free weight movements such as the dumbbell fly. When you want to specialize on the inner chest I would highly recommend including the following supersets that you see demonstrated within this video. These particular supersets are what are known as pre exhaust supersetting. Pre exhaust supersetting involves performing one at isolated exercise followed by in other exercise working the same muscle group and it is usually a compound movement. Superset 1 The first two super set consists of the dumbbell chest to fly supersetting with the flat barbell bench press. Perform roughly 8 to 10 reps on the first …

wow u have a nice excersice gym ;3
so muskulös wie er war ich mit 15 schon.
Good job man ! Thx.
But next time could you give more details about each exercise like you did for the dumbell pullover “don´tbring the dumbell too far foward”. For examplo the flys…how many degrees should we open ? This kinda detail is very important.
Ty !
@JoeyVaillancourt ohhh sweet. so im guessing this works well? how should i use it like on every other chest day start with the pre exaust superset or even less then that what do you do?
@69Jack3d420forLife This is just another technique called pre-ehaust supersetting. It involves fatiguing the muscle first with an iso movement then compound. Normally, compounds do go in front of iso. You are correct. Again, just a different tehcnique to try
why start with an isolation before compound? wouldnt you want to do the heavy compound first so your not any fatigued and u can get most out of those heavy lifts and your body will produce more testosterone etc..? not being a smartass im just wondering why u say to do iso first because i was taught to do it comp then iso
@JoeyVaillancourt
i dont get how you can do wide grip flys! unless your saying wide grip bench and normal flys lol
but my chest would be the exact same !
you have massive traps, what excersices do you do to work them?
@vidstar2 he doesnt sound scottish???
wide grip? bench press..and flys.??
well i’m not much knowledged about this… could you pls help me out with your tips and useful youtube links if any??
@seyedismael This wont help with getting a flat and wide chest…to work outer pecs, focus more on wide grip bench press..and flys.
i got a huge muscle on chest but it’s not flat and wide. may i know whether this exercise is suitable for m to get flat wide chest..??
@vidstar2 no, Canada
Are you from scotland?
@MickMartino1 haha tell me about it bro… its the only thing that gets me down during workouts…
@Scottymark ohh no shit man that crevice is the hardest bit to of muscle to gain, its easy to get the outer pecks built up but when it comes to the inner part of the muscle its really difficult to build up
@BenYeaYeaHello thanks Ben.
@JoeyVaillancourt Very good chest building videos, some of the better ones on youtube for sure.
@Scottymark Thanks! Yeah, I always try to deliver some unique material such as tehse videos which normally people dont focus on
awesome video. thanks for the tips, I’ve been searching for ages for a good inner chest workout. lower chest and pecs are doing well, but as you said, its the crevice part I want to work on. Thanks again !!!
@SegaRising Thanks
@julescager like I said in the video, it works lats as well as your chest when you make a few adjustments..
Pull over is isolation exercise for lats.
