Really all of them. Those muscles that don’t get worked out much run the risk of injury. It could be some muscle you never knew you had. I feel total body workouts like the one in this vid are the best. You can work certain muscles groups a little more if you want those muscles to be bigger such as the chest or bicep or any other “glamour” muscles you want to accentuate.
