A muscle building diet mostly boils down to getting plenty of high quality protein as well as energy-producing complex carbohydrates. In this video, Scott Abbett demonstrates an unusual combination of a good protein source and a complex carb thats right up there in quality with brown rice. This combination can create a bodybuilding sandwich that provides plenty of energy as well as a unique flavor. www.hardbodysuccess.com http

great vids… i dont find it hard to eat well but i do tend to run out of ideas…. its nice to get some new ones!
Mine turned into a hash as well, tasted good though, I still slapped it between two slices of wholemeal bread, it was just a bit messy.
I’m going to have another go with more egg and less onion.
Keep these up Scott. I’d especially love to see some recipes you can batch cook. Eating 6 meals a day with nothing ready made is a complete arse…not to mention expensive!
man, your recipes look delicious. I definitely need to try these out since i’m getting bored with my usual meals. Food Network should give you a deal. Keep up the good work
Man , Thanks For The recipe Will try this one , ill brg this to work

lol I tried this and fucked up royally, turned into a hash instead of a patty. Still not that bad though.
Sounds like a good dish for a BB but not that delicous.
Was that albacore tuna?
No it doesn’t ruin the flavor; nothing that can’t be rescued with a little Bacon Salt!
Ruin the flavor? It doesn’t sound good. LOL
