I wrestled in high school for a year. Actually enjoyed it but was better at running.
I look better at 200 lbs than 220 lbs. Not interested in getting bigger.

This is the exact opposite of Arnolds chest workout! Arnold would go from a decline to a flat, to a bit incline to extreme incline. Pre Exhaustion is a similar concept as well

hey guys stupid basic question does i have an ancle with my arms to the shoulders? i mean if i do pushups, decline incline bench presses? i’m never shure to build a line with my arms and shoulders or if i should take a lil ancle

This type of training will give you a good pump. But, people should be carfeul they are not over-training
i usually do 3 sets of 30 reps for each body part so this would fit in perfectly on that week.
