5* on all of the extended sets
I have been doing these for a long time and if you really want to get the most bang for your rep…put the plate ON your chest. The leverage makes it harder for you to get up and put more strain in your abs.

right on, sometimes people concentrate on the super fancy exercises too much, you forget the basic exercises that give you the best workouts..
