These two exercises can together create a strong foundation of strong back muscles and abs muscles around your body, in order to help the body function, in whatever area, it has been naturally designed to function.
Another simultaneous advantage of these two exercises is that it also helps to tone your butts and hips, hams and quads, thereby increasing your metabolic rate and thus your fat burning process, which will speed up the process of your abs muscles beginning to show up over your stomach.
So now you know exactly what it is that you need to really focus on, in order to achieve visible six-pack abs quickly. Topping this knowledge with a disciplined, balanced and healthy diet, will further discourage additional potential fat layer build up, thereby ensuring super sexy six pack abs.
