Im not buff or anything..but he makes it seem harder then it is..Thats only 45-55lb bar…and the bands…I guess its how he breathes

hey idk about you… but when i’m building massive muscle like this… i’m really, really losing flexibility. My legs are actually getting a little more flexible… but my shoulders & arms feel at lot less. I try to stretch like 20 sec at a time, but it’s not working too well. Any tips?

Interval training is key to losing fat quicker. its better than a 40 minute run. The more your heart rate goes up the more calories you burn. Small intervals for 30 seconds on and off high speed can really make a difference. Rowing is also a great way, you can really kill on it and see results.

By toning im guessing you mean dropping body fat % than yess running would have a positive impact

to utilize your fat stores stick to aerobic runs for over an hour or high intensity interval training

interval training has been proven to be more affective

everyone, this is a 3 day a week workout. say i chose monday, wednesday, and friday as my days. would running on tuesday and friday improve this program by a lot or would i be overdoing it? (im trying to tone more, not build muscle)

Well, you know what I mean, a beginning program or even a “cutting back” program is never going to be very intense, even though it can be. If you need something more “intense” then search through his other videos, you might find something there.

Man, I love Vince Delmonte!! He’s the best. Please people, stop talking crap about Vince, he’s real, not plastic like some of these other fitness trainers. I really appreciate that he takes the time to put up quality videos that have really helped my workouts in the gym. Keep em coming Vince!!

great workout, but vince its November. Most people are starting or already into the bulk season and are not worried about working toward bodies till late winter- early spring
