The body can’t store protein, which means an excessive amount of protein would be a complete waste for your body.

Absolutely not … at 145lbs you should be taking between 20-25g of protein.
hey vince i am interested in this new workout but I am wondering if that much protein really needs to be taken in, i doesn’t it depend on body weight?

I’m well aware, and I wasn’t saying it as an excuse, I guess I worded it wrong. I meant it is difficult for me to gain weight because of my fast metabolism, but it is still possible for me to gain muscle if I learn to eat a lot.

eat a surplus of clean calories, protein every 3 hrs, well planned training regime and lots of rest then u WILL gain muscle no matter what ur body type

Get a body fat caliper and follow the instructions. Either that or have it professionally done by a personal trainer with electrodes. Mine is actually 22.6%, so I’ll have to lose some as well, even though I cannot gain much weight because I am ectomorphic.
Vince, you been telling to your client as well as your viewers about the percentage of their body fats. How do you count or measure the percentage of body fats in your body?

Yes you can, you ‘DON’T’ have to buy protein supplements..but a good diet with protein is vital in bulding a good strong body.
