I’m well aware, and I wasn’t saying it as an excuse, I guess I worded it wrong. I meant it is difficult for me to gain weight because of my fast metabolism, but it is still possible for me to gain muscle if I learn to eat a lot.

excuses are the nails that build the house of failure.
eat a surplus of clean calories, protein every 3 hrs, well planned training regime and lots of rest then u WILL gain muscle no matter what ur body type

Number one, I’m not fat, I just have a small potbelly from eating the wrong kinds of foods while having a very fast metabolism. Number two, I do not make excuses.

Get a body fat caliper and follow the instructions. Either that or have it professionally done by a personal trainer with electrodes. Mine is actually 22.6%, so I’ll have to lose some as well, even though I cannot gain much weight because I am ectomorphic.
