4. Now when I said all this don’t go retarded on me and become anerexic. When you feel you lost enough weight STOP!!! Then you can decide whether you want to eat junk food on occasion or not. But you should stick with the healthy food for the most part. You don’t even have to work out unless you keep indulging in junk food.
Heres a tip for the fatasses. Eat healthy and exercize. IT WORKS, IT FUCKING WORKS. It is no miracle. The recipe has been around since as long as I can remember and I am 23. Just take these steps:
1. Get your fat ugly ass off the couch.
2. Go for a run, and whenever your hungry eat something healthy. The hunger pangs will come even when you eat healthy but after youf fucking stomache shrinks the pangs will go away. You just have to suffer through it.
i hate when i eat something and then realize i dont know how many cals i ate cause it doesnt say.

ok most probably your chips are about 200 calories on average, the coco puffs 117++, and chewing on gum burns 12 cals/hr. so check the cals in your gum to see how that figures. You probably burn more chewing it than it contains…

nope. normal average intake of cals is 2100 cals. eat more during breakfast, slightly lesser during lunch, and eat the least during the night as ur body takes a longer time to digest, resulting in digested food becoming fats instead of energy for you.
