im sure this guy did not get his body by this routine.. seriously, if your looking to build muscle keep to old school, simple stuff. main thing is consistancy.. if your gonna train for 1 or 2 weeks. and come back again in 1 month forget about it. this workout is for already fit, built athletes.

I have been into powerlifting / bbing for years and i have to say this guy is actually pretty good . he communicates well and the combos he is using is accurate for loosing weight along with gaining lean muscle mass . building muscle will burn fat very very quickly. so i say very good job ..
