Drinking that much water leaches out the water soluable vitamins and all minerals. I do hope you are taking a suppliment. Something that always confounds me is if one could control their calorie intake (eat less) then why did one get overweight to begin with? I realize you are just reporting what you are doing. I don’t know how tall you are but you sure don’t look 190 – you are beautiful too!

the easiest way to stay at a normal weight is to eat right. eat fruits, vegetables, and everything else in the food pyramid. get lots of exercise and sleep, and drink a lot of water. cut out sugar; not completely, but don’t eat much. its really simple, just hard to stick to

I can’t believe there are people who don’t know about all that! eat vegetables and no sugar, exercise and bla bla bla… The BIG problem is MOTIVATION! the willing power to do all that! and not quit after first week or “cheat” during the diet and wondering after that what did i do wrong! wrong wrong….cant eat the same thing youa re eating in small amounts there is no way someone is going to keep dicipline by eating a bite of pizza or a bite of cheese burger or 2-3 french fries…YOU HAVE!! to change the way you eat HEALTHIER!! i buy 24 packs of water and boxes of crystal light thats all i drink youll be surprise how good it tastes then i eat diferent types of salads 7 or 8 times a day just latuce-cottage cheese-and a fruit mix try it and loos 20 lbs a month!!!!!!!

I love that dressing too! I was talking to my yoga teacher and I guess if you add lemon or lime..or cucumber even to your water it will be digested a bit differently into your system and has a higher benefit to you skin cells. Also, really cold water takes more calories to burn. I also find its hard for me to go to a gym and do a set time on the machines so sometimes joining something with friends can be social and good for you…just a thought.
