Hey Dan. Your videos are my motivation. but, what is your advice for someone working the grave yard shift? I am a woman, working nights 9-6am, and its really hard for me to stay energized even if i drink a green juice and eat lots of fruits and veggies plus mad water. I just started eating raw on Jan 2 when my lil bro introduced me to your videos. Help this beginner please!!!! Peace
liferegenerator…I am a nut guy, and I feel good when I feel satisfied and full when I eat them. It’s good that you eat more fruits and vegetables than nuts. I think that’s real healthy Dan, and the Juice looks real good in the video…I’m going to try it.

I follow the principles of the 80 10 10 diet, ie minimum 80% carbs, maximum 10% fat, max 10% protein as an average over several days or weeks. I sometimes eat cooked food, and sometimes non vegan food, 95% of the time I eat raw fruit and vegetables. If people fail on this, it is usually because they don’t eat enough calories, drink enough water, get enough sleep, eat too much fat or protein foods, or exercise enough. You need to move! I feel awesome!!!
