Excellent advice. I agree that these factors aided me.
this video really inspired me espcially when u mentioned the part about loosin weight first before gettin into an relationship if it would make me happier, and when u mentioned the places not to eat at. u r so right. And regular excercise programs bore me lol. i do ddr (dance dance revolution). it keeps me awake.

@duece626 I understand that can be tough, but I think not eating in the bedroom/living would help regardless. When your at home try not to watch TV as much and spend your time doing other things. I find when I watch TV I just want to eat to be entertained. It sucks but you have to get into other things like maybe reading, studying, cleaning, art projects, dancing, writing, anything that can keep you busy for more than an hour at a time. I know I sound wack but that definitely helps.
well i dont where to eat at in my house because every room in my house has a television! and my family watchs television and eat dinner! television is a big part of life !!! help

@FindingTee Hey Girl… you are definitely someone I’m routing on. Just remember when you mess up you can always start where you left off the next day. Just get through it the best way that you can and make the next week stronger. Good luck.. keep it going!
@ladybeckett1 That is key! You can’t just eat food you hate because that is setting yourself up… I’m glad someone knows that you can still eat what you want “in portions” and still have results. Good luck mama.. I know it’s hard having children being on a diet but you can still continue on… work it out!

you are so right. some people set themselves up for failure. when they need to power on thru. Myself am a mother a littlechildren thatstay at home and I work at night but it doesnt stop me from my goals. I started working out and I eat healthy and continue to eat some of my old foods. I pay attention to portions

very good video. you hit everything on the head. im on a weight loss journey and I have loss thrity pounds. So I say it can be done while having a busy life. I work part-time and go to the school as well and I have maintain eating right and exercising.
