Even though I didn’t really lose much weight I am thrilled with the amount of fat I am losing. It just proves that this program is working the way it was intended and that I am truly losing fat and not muscle. I can feel the difference in my body as far as the way my clothes fit, and my husband definitely seems to be noticing and appreciating the difference, but I haven’t noticed too much of a change when I just look at myself in the mirror for a few weeks now. It could be that I am losing more intramuscular fat – that’s like the fat in steak that we call marbeling – instead of subcutaneous which is the fat right under the skin. If that’s the case it wouldn’t be very noticeable. Once the fat has been reduced in the muscles I should start “seeing” more results. The other things that could be happening is that I am just losing all over so no one area appears to have gone down much. Whatever the case may be, I am losing fat and that is my main objective. I know as long as I just stick with the program I will get down to my goal weight and that I will look a lot better by then.
