this is not healthy ; if not 3 eals eat 6 small meals. you will just gain it all back if you only it one meal.. trust me

@emilysingin well concidering 1 pound is about 3,500 calories i would say one pound a day is great!! by the end of the week u can lose 7 pounds!! thats fantastic!!

1 meal a day is not a a good idea. this weight loss will not keep up, and u cant keep that up for the rest of ur life, so ull end up gaining the weight back. its not healthy to only eat once a day. its horrible for ur metabolism. but i loved the whole sticky note thing. im gonna try that.

I was told be a weight loss dr. that only eating one meal a day does let you loose weight really fast at first… But after a while you gain it all back. But idk i guess all peoples bodies are diffrent

eatin one meal a day is not healthy and it does not help with weight loss, when ur stomach growls (ur hungry) it slows down ur matabolizum (the prosses of burning calories). u should eat all ur meals just eat slowly because it takes awhile for ur stomach to tell ur brain ur full,so when u feel full ur over stuffed.
