Honestly, losing weight overall is not hard and don’t give me excuses because of genetics, or its too hard. Put your mind to it and you can achieve it right now. Genetics, age, gender whatever are all excuses. Overall weight loss can be achieved with these 3 magic overall weight loss tips.

Magic Tip 1 – Know Thyself

People love lying to themselves. They love telling themselves that they are too stupid, too lazy, it’s too hard to lose weight. Get rid of all this negative thinking. Admit to yourself right now what barriers are stopping you from achieving your goals. Mentally monitor yourself every day for at least 2 weeks and write down all of these negative thoughts. While you are doing this also monitor your activity time, anything you are deal, time that is stagnant and anything else you think is useful. At the end of these two weeks give yourself an honest assessment. For example if you find you are drinking 2L of coke, juice a day instead of water, you need to seriously cut down on the sugar intake. Substitute junk with fresh fruits, vegetables. If you watch 5 hours of TV a day, slowly take out an hour each day and go outside for a walk.

Magic Tip 2 – Don’t Skip Meals

This is one of the worst things that you can do when you are trying to lose weight overall. I recommend you eat between 3-6 meals a day. When you stop eating, you slow down your metabolism and you more likely to eat more the next meal to make up for your hunger. Fuel your body constantly. You don’t want fat to be eliminated at a slower pace.

Magic Tip 3 – Eat At Home

This one is sometimes overlooked by people.
