Wow, 15 lb weights! Two means 30 lbs, right? Argh, I’m barely managing 5 lbs each side. Great video though, thanks!

@stringking21 try doing cardio instead of weights

commenter

It sounds like the exercises you’re doing are best for gaining muscle.. And judging by what you said thats the case!!

Cardio is the best for weight loss (ergo’s.. treadmill.. the bikes etc)

also dont forget an appropriate diet is impornant. lots of raw veggies (in place of cooked if you can help is as they retain their nutrients) plenty of fruit, and just not take away.

A bit of persistence and youll be right~~

i am 52 y old my weight is 149 pounds ,can i do these excercise,do i need to lose weight.
i do exercise.

commenter

at first yes

commenter

Yes you can

commenter

gaining 1 pound of muscles loses 50 calories.

losing one pound of fast loses 2 calories.

so it is better when gaining muscles and helps you increase metabolism and its also good for your body.

how do you turn fat into muscle when muscle cells and fat cells are 2 different things???? What happens is that you are building the muscles under the fat and once u start to get stronger the fat starts to burn off.
